The charming holiday home with simple decoration consists of a living/dining room with a cosy fireplace, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds; one with 2 bunk beds for 2 people each) as well as 2 bathrooms with a showe and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and cable television. The washing machine is located outside the property, inside the back room near the swings. In the spacious, private outdoor area of the property, a healthy lawn with shady trees and a small playground awaits you. Due to the new local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noise during the hours between 11 pm to 7 am is not allowed. This property is therefore intended for families and couples and is not suitable for young groups of friends under 25.
